Due to a mash fermentation of 24 hours this roséwine vinified from Cannonau grapes has a robust
colour and deep flavours. Spycy accents combined with a fragrance of mature strawberries.

A light and smooth structured Cannonau. The distinct scent of cinnamon and red currant is accompanied by a fine note of eucalyptus.

A perfectly structured Pinot Noire with sumptuous aromas of black berries highlighted by delicate hints of vanilla and walnut.
Rounded off by fine tannins it shows a complex play of elegance and full-bodied taste.

Cannonau di Classico
2017
The unfiltered Cannonau Classico shows intense fruit which is perfectly supported by velvety tannins.
The flavours include plum, sour cherry and tobacco. It is densely packed, complex and leads to a long fruit-spicy finish.

Scudoro
IGP Rosso 2017
Scuro, dolce, rosso: Dark, sweet, red! The name says it all. A dessert wine made from Pinot Noir grapes dried on the vine with a natural alcohol content of 17% vol. Full fruit of Amarena and dried plums. Full-bodied and enriched with subtly balanced tannins.

Cannonau di Sardegna Classico
DOP 2015
The highest quality level Classico requires a maturation of two years, during which the wine has to rest at least 12 month in wooden casks. Furthermore, this denomination can only be given in the traditional Cannonau growing regions Ogliastra and Nuoro. This unfiltered wine impresses with full-bodied flavours of cherry, complementet with hints of dried fruit and seasoned almonds.Very sustainable with present tannins.

DOP 2015
Great Riserva wine with an maturation of almost two years in barrels. Intense, soft with an aroma of sour cherry and hints of animal notes. Very low yield per hectare with excellent quality.

Thanks to a long, spontaneous fermentation and a maturation in barrels for more than one year this is a complex and powerful wine. The spectrum of aromas includes red and black berries, tabacco and almonds as well as hints of fresh herbs. Long finish with well integrated tannins.
