Also during the winemaking process we are working as close to nature as possible and avoid unnecessary adjuvants and additives. The result are genuine wines with an individuel vintage character, which are also suitable for consumers with vegetarian or vegan diet. The red wines mature up to two years in 225L oak barrels, so called barriques. With the white wines we pay particular attention on a slow fermentation to preserve the fresh bouquet.
