The varieties Cannonau, Pinot Nero and Chardonnay are distributed on three small plots of land. To minimise environmental impact the cultivation of our vineyard is very close to nature. In doing so, we pay particular attention to the creation of a well balanced flora and fauna and to the recovery and conservation of the fertility of the ground. The use of machines is reduced to a minimum and nearly all work is done by hand, as a matter of course also the harvest.
Apart from that we are not using artificial irrigation. Dry soils in the summer lead to lower yields but increase the quality of the grapes..
